Could I have hurt my engine?

I was leaving class and my friends pressured me into revving my engine up high. It was after a cold start but i had proper oil pressure built up.

I revved the engine like 5-10 times over the course of 5 minutes, even within 1,000 rpms of the redline. I hope I didn't hurt my engine, should I be ok? It's a 2004 mustang gt and has been well maintained with 33k original miles on it. Thank you

my concern is if the oil wasn't fully circulated by that time, like through the main journals to the rod bearings and such. And the valvetrain surfaces.

your fine.. Think every time you race and the RPMs get up high does the motor blow up?
