Whats my rim size???

My rims in the front are 275/17/40 and the rears are 315/17/35

They are deep dish bullits in the back.

Wanting to know how I know what size of tires/ rim I can throw on there.

Wanting to get either fr500s..or maybe some saleens or cobras.

If I could go 18s I might like it better.... A 17 to a 18 wouldn't change the drivability or the mpg much would it?

18 is as big as I would go on the new edge.

18 would fill the well better. With 18 you usually can only find 18x10 with 17 you they have 17x10.5 so they can be wider. Drivability and mpg won't change

If you want, you can just go 18x9 and then get them widened to 10.5 or even 11 and up

That's true. I want to know what people think about widening wheels. Is it safe? If read it is. But this site said they won't widen wheels cuz it's like gluing two erasers on pencils together and pressing down.

Yeah I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that, I like the wide look in the back, that's how I bought it and fell in love with it.

Would I be able to put my current tires on it then?

If any one is interested in a trade for these wheels I'd be glad too, just need to be able to throw it on my car immediately as these are my only rims.

Located in lubbock, Texas.

No your tires are for 17x10.5 most likely you would need different tires for 18s
