steering noise

the other day i noticed a squeaking notice when making a broken u turn. At first it was only when turning the steering wheel all the way to left or right. I filled up power steering fluid and the noise went away a little but now i hear a squeaking noise when i turn the wheel slightly each way so basically anytime i turn the steering wheel. I looked up on the computer and i see a little bit of info that mustangs have this problem and some people recommend lucas power steering treatment or pyroil steering treatment. Has anyone had this problem or recommend what i can do or what it may be?

I had a similar issue in my 94, had my power steering pump replaced and topped off with fluid, noise went away for a week or two then came back. Ended up being a ball joint. Didn't make a whole lot of sense to me, but I was thankful the ball joint broke in my parking garage and not on the highway...
