I don't park by him.. Yellow front fender side fenders and good and the rest is blue with a black rear fender I think. And a brown convertible top. One of my teachers has a pretty nice 05 vert though. She has taste

I try not to park next to 6ers. Most non gt mustangs drivers aren't car enthusiasts like the guys on this forum are. They are usually beat to **** like the family van.

They ain't hittin my doors!

Mines the family car, and I love my car, just ended up being the family car because I couldn't buy a new one and refused to give up my mustang just because the wife got pregnant XD

but i do agree, most 6ers around here are the same way, i've seen maybe 2 others around here that looked decent the rest look like they havent had a wash since the production floor and have sat under every bird laden tree they could find

I'd have to agree. 80% of v6 camaros and mustangs are props for an image that person is trying to portray....except they don't really like the car its just an accessory so they never find the time to take care of it.

Even a lot of the GTs in my area are "just another car" there was a '13 GT/CS behind me in line for gas the other day. Dude didn't even give me a glance.

Same here, most GTs in my area are just a holes, for instance I pulled up to quick check right next to a 99-04 GT, as I get out he's walking to his car, I look at his car, then him and give him a thumbs up and say nice ride..he essentially ignored me, got into his car, revved it up and took off, mad funny tho cuz there were a group of 5 older dudes walking out of the store and they all said "man your GT is way more beautiful, and sounds twice as sexy" I said thank you I really appreciate that! The one guy said its one of the nicest new edges he's seen in this area period.

I'm debating convincing the wife to join the local Mustang clubs, she kills me sometimes, says she likes cars, but hates the idea of spending money on cars (she says she just doesn't like spending money on preventative maintenance but she just doesn't like to spend it at all on cars)

Other day i saw a blue NE GT, i waved and got nothing back. I felt a little stupid after that. And today I what looked like another 2001 Bullitt that had nice exhaust and black wheels, they just kept going the other way.

I've been trying to get of picture of mine with the 3 owners of the company I work for, for the past year. 2013 Shelby, 2013 GT/CS vert, and a 2011 GT vert. Think once this weather here breaks and they get them out of storage it's going to go down.

I mean, he had to see my tail lights (this was at night) and had to know it was a Mustang, even if he was driving an older SN95. But I mean, his was done up. Mine is kind of flashy and even a mild Stang fan would know those louvers aren't stock.

And when I saw him, I sped up a little to keep pace, check his car out and share a nod. But this guy is totally eyes front. Complete blinders on.

Mustang owners can be huge jerks!

LOL
My feelings get hurt too brother. I feel your pain.

I get the thumbs up from most of the owners I encounter, but I'm normally the one giving props first ... I just put my fist out and they reply with a thumbs up lol

Where you from in Jersey?

Im up in Passaic County. I find myself nodding and waving to every stang I see in the streets, its a respect thing. A stranger with a similar passion/hobby, and I'd say 80% of them ignore me lol We need to make it more common like the bikers waving to each other. Oh wellll, thats why their cars look beat to hell anyway. Their problem not mine!

I'm from Passaic county as well, we don't see too many Stangs in general in our area... A lot of ricers and also hot heat Mustang owners that won't even acknowledge u... But I do remember when I got my Stang 2 yrs ago, I was one of the few with the new 5.0 and I got tons of attention especially while I had the temp plates on it... I'm happy to see that I'm still THE Race Red modern 5.0 in my area in a ricer community
