Need help with promblematic sequentials

My poopoonugget of a passenger side tail light is always giving me problems, Now it's one I can't fix. the sequentials aren't working, first bar lights up and blinks but rest don't follow, (blinks in normal speed not seizure like it does if a light is out) all LEDs light up when activated, just don't blink triadically.

They are aftermarket, (diamond cut smoked LEDs) double checked all the wires, connectors, plugs everything and can't find anything wrong.

I suck with electrical issues, and stay very far away, any help would be a miracle so I don't have to go buying a new wiring harness or tail!

Thanks!
(Posting in general because it can apply to all models 99-2014)
