Anyone make their own front spoiler?

I have a 96 SVT Cobra. There appear to be no aftermarket front spoilers made for these. There is the Mach-1 spoilers for the 96-98 but Not the Cobras. I've heard of people making spoilers out of stiff rubber like used at the bottom of garage doors. Bi did this 30 years ago to my Saab, I added it to the bottom of the air dam so it was only about an inch off the ground. Great for looks and ground effects. So I'm looking for ideas. Thanks, Spiney-Dave

Here's a universal kit that looks like it might work for you-

Thanks for the replies. I'm not sure what I'm looking at on that universal spoiler. I'm leary of something that says it fits ALL VEHICLES, kind of impossible. Are they talking about the piece shown in blue?

Someone on the SVT forum showed us how they made one from aluminum. Another guy made a Mach-1 spoiler work. And finally someone else pointed out a specialty shop called Shinodo makes one just for the 96-98 Cobra for $220. This guy Shinodo, or maybe it's Shinado was a auto designer who designed the original Boss 302 and Boss 429 back in 1969. He then came out with a full Boss kit back in about 95, long before Ford re-issued the 2012 Boss 302. He passed away and his family kept the business open, Shinodo Motosports I think. $220 is kind of steep but if it bolts on perfect, I'd spring for it.

Here's the website: http://www.teamshinoda.com/

They make all kind of cool, serious Mustang add ons.

So that's the Shinoda spoiler? Looks like a good fit, their prices seem a bit high for everything. Up until yesterday I ne'er heard of Shinoda before. What's the quality like? The images on their website are all small and low-res. hard to see what's going on.
