I want to fix up my mustang (no RICEing) but I'm not car savvy. I've heard that to improve performance you have to start from the bottom up (tires and suspension first etc...), any suggestions?
They always say start from the bottom because if you have 1000 HP and 400 HP and no tires, both cars will run 14.0 in the 1/4 except one at 110 and one at 130. (random numbers)
Well my budget is not a problem, but I want to start with performance; suspension, breaks, intake. I want my car to run smoothly before I give it power
