To me that just sounds stupid, it's still a v6 vin number. Reason I bring this up is because there was a teen cruising around here, that bought a new 12' sixer but then "invested" (his words not mine) tons of cash in it. Then was gonna sell it soon. Doesn't make sense
Had to transfer the first part :p
Mostly to make a statement
At first, I was slightly disappointed that I didn't get a 5.0 (don't get me wrong i was smiling ear to ear) and my parents reasoning was "you can't get a v8, that's too fast"
And no offense to you 5.0 guys, but I would love to destroy you in a race and say, yea it's a sixxer.
If you're going to make these cars ridiculously fast, it all costs about the same. The 5.0 will obviously make more power if everything is done to it, but lets be honest, who does that?
I guess my main reasoning is I like to upset people :p
And having a fast v6 is different, it's walking against a crowd.
And for some reason truck people think their v8 trucks are faster.... It's kinda funny actually ;p

Bone stock tundra, and an older f150
I feel like truck people judge speed by size of engine
Forget hp, mods, tq. None of that matter
The one with more displacement wins :p

Lol and weight doesn't have a factor either, or that it's geared to tow.

Unfortunately another salesman was nearby when he got schooled on engines by a girl.

At my current dealership the owner teases me because I have bought several performance cars from them over the years (2 Probe GTs, Focus SVT, Focus ST, a couple of Mustang GTs) and they're asking when I'm going to buy a GT500 - I told them maybe when it has IRS and then had to force another salesman to look under one to prove him wrong that it didn't already have it when I bought my latest Mustang.

The moral of the story - NEVER trust a salesman.
Hahahahahaha! And +1.

No it's still a Cobra. They look funny as hell though. For some reason they stuck another set of foglights in the top of the front bumper
