reading a yahoo article about the new Z28 and scrolling through the comments. Sorry if this doesn't count but had to post it.

"Tons of performance in a car that you can't see out of is not a good thing.
Guys driving these things can't even see what's around them when they change lanes.
Add lack of visibility to the already high D***** factor of the driver and..."

Lakers Fan:
"Fortunately, the bigger D*****s will be in the Mustang's and Challengers behind you, so it won't really matter if you can't see out the back....."

I've feel like I've met more pricks with prejudices about sport and tuner car owners than pricks who drive said cars. I hear way more "oh wow that guy drives a 'vette talk about a midlife crisis" than "haha that guy's camry is inferior to my 370Z all hail the sport car master race."

Nothing was ever worse than the Neon SRT-4 crowd when you could buy them new. At least nowadays when you see one its almost ALWAYS taken care of by someone who knows wtf they are doing because you HAD to or they would not last.

The SRT-4 was priced at the point where if you had really any job and halfway decent credit you could get into it brand new.

Imagine that ricer kid you all know and hate in the ratted out civic/corolla/whatever with the fart can and the attitude. Now imagine they are able to afford something that is actually somewhat legit quick.

At the gas station the other day, I Had a dude in a sixer slowmarow vert ask if my car was a real Cobra. I said yes it sure is. He then asked "what do they put in those, V6's?" All I could say was "did it sound like a 6 when I pulled up?"
