Jack pads from ZL1 Addons

So I wanted to give a review of these. They were originally made for the camaro and the first set in the first picture on the very far right were made for the camaro. They didn't safely fit the stangs. We have thinner pinch welds than the camaros do. The company owner only has a camaro and only got a short time to look at a mustang on a dealer lot. I helped him get the design perfect for the stangs. As you can see from all of them we went through a few beta models from right to left. The two on the far left are the finished model.

These things are great. Push them into place on the pinch weld and then put your jack under them and away you go. The front pinch welds are bigger than the rear and these are made to fit the front and the back. They are a little more snug in the front than the back because of this, but we are talking 1/16th of an inch so not much at all. They have a magnet on them to hold them in place while you move the jack under them. Just makes jacking up the car 10 times easier.

He has also tested them with a 5000lb force to verify that they will hold up to the weight of our cars. They are made of a very high strengh plastic. They are made very well and so far the two finished product ones I have work great.

You can buy them from his site, Welcome to ZL1 Addons - modifications for your ZL1 Camaro

well worth it and I enjoyed helping him make them fit our cars properly. I also want to point out I am not payed by him in any way, I saw him post on our forums and saw this as an opportunity to bring something great to the mustang world.

Harbor freight good sir! I got the most amazing jack from them. Fits my car which is dropped as much as yours! It was always hard getting the jack far enough under the car to hit a jack point. Not a problem anymore!

do it, well worth it. Jacks the car up fast and letting the car down is easy. Just turning the handle. No removing the handle to hit a different switch. It is pretty light for how big it is too.

Yes, harbor fright has the best deal on a floor jack, I have 3 of them. The jack pads work good on a lift also. They have a 1 1/2 ton for $80 and works good. I use 2 of them on my ZL1 as to not twist the car when jacking, the ZL1 is so stiff that when you pick just the front up the back comes off the ground.
We are requesting to be a vendor at this time.
