13+ Gauge Cluster Swap

Does anyone know of any 13+ gauge cluster swaps in a 10-12 model? I didn't get the 13 because i don't care for the rounded front end but the new gauge cluster features are awesome. Was wondering if this is even possible or if the newer cars have additional sensors/computers for the data

I would think the 13+ computers are different, the cluster has to receive signals for the apps to work that I doubt the 11-12 cars have
