I like it here I'm not too far from alabama. I missed a 69 mach 1 barn find on Craigslist up there in Bristol. Was gonna go get that thing for 4k but missed it by a day and some guys bought it. Went on ebay and a week later the same car was on there. We worked a deal out for 5k and he couldn't stop the bidding but the bidding actually went over 5k and I had lost. I needed money this year so I sold the mach for 5500 to a guy in Utah. The second owner was in Virginia and had car since 1975 but let it rust away. If I were you I'd go exploring Virginia one weekend lol.

I think he said it was like 40 miles. I didn't get to go this time. It'd be a slow fun 40 miles. I think they got together and are and stuff too. Kinda made a day out of it.

I've got family in Knoxville. Been to the dragons tail but never this route. I'd like to go. I might need brakes before I took off tho.

triangle more stretched out , some areas tight like the dragon with more sweepers . way less traffic. the skyway is very good drive also.

Ahhh lol you prob don't want a rebuilt title :p I've put 10k on it since 2011. Cardiac showed it hit a tree in 2010 someone fixes it good and painted it yeller. Only thing I had to do was put a new tranny in it. I'm suppose to sell for 6k Saturday

rebuilt title on cars that age dose not hurt value near as much as newer car . JSM in south knox and restang in Madisonville sell them as fast as they can build them . they both do excellent work

let me know when you wanna work on getting that sixxer in shape for that pass..i have been building mine for just the job

i will say the best thing you can do is swap all your rubber brake lines for SS...i dunno about you but i'd always get spongy brakes about 150-200 curves into the dragons tail...now i can go up and down it all day long no spongy brakes at all
