.....Another Accident.

So 6 months ago I rear ended someone who stopped short for a parallel spot she said it was her fault to the cops. get the work done 6k later cars fixed. driving home last night from dinner I'm
in a turning lane to go left facing west. I'm behind the white line not in the middle of the intersection like most people do, so anyways I'm sitting there waiting minding my own business when I noticed a white town car enter the left turning lane across from me ( heading east ). guy must have been asleep or something ( 84 year old ) and he dosnt even make an attempt to turn like he was supposed to or even brake for that matter and crosses the intersection and hits me head on while I was stopped. can't even describe the feeling. this car is slowly killing me

don't know how there wasn't more damage but I'm extremely thankful no one was hurt and the car wasn't too bad. just a bummer for the day.

hopefully not going thru insurance this time seeing how I only need a bumper and grille. that's what is killing me in the back of my mind knowing the resale is getting destroyed because other people can't drive.
