Are these legal in ky ?

I want a tinted licenses plate cover for my car are they legal in ky ? I doubt I'll get in any trouble anyways but just to be sure

London they pretty much don't care but you always get that new guy who takes his job to seriously and gives you a ticket for every little thing

ive had one on the front of my stang in Texas for over a year and only questions ive had asked about it was if id gotten pulled over. not yet, knock on wood.

Just depends on how dark it is (I'm assuming). I've had 4 friends who've got pulled over for it and I haven't got pulled over once. Mine isn't dark though, it's really just a very slightly tinted cover.
