Abuse/neglect are not covered under warranty

The burden of proof is on the dealership.

They need to prove the part failed due to abuse/neglect. Something like bald rear tires or heavily worn brakes.

They can't just say that or else that's what they'd use for every warranty claim.

Thought your car wasn't modded. What are you covering up?

Yeah, it's hard to be in ur corner when u make seem suspicious. All these guys are trying to help but can't because the information seems so scattered or covered up. I say, list the mods or delete the thread. If u didn't really want advice or opinions, y ask? Not sayin that to me a D*ck, I just never asked for help n didn't provide the necessary information.

Been thinking the same thing myself. Maybe the dealer made the right decision. Just sayin.

Yeah…every post there's something new.

In about 3 more posts I'm expecting you to say there's a supercharger and a nitrous kit.

Easy, Really easy

When the clutch is removed it is evident if it is burnt up or glazed. That is a driver problem.

If there is something broke it is a factory warranty problem.

Not if you grind the gears to the point the teeth break off. Hard launches from first to second trying to speed shift and failing. Driver problem. Should of got an Automatic. lol

Funny. My buddy had the tranny and clutch go in his '11 5.0. He paid to have it replaced then fought Ford and won. Car didn't even have 5000km on it yet.

If your gonna speed shift (Flat shift) (Bang shift)

All the same thing.

You really need to put a little $$$$ into a good shifter bracket. The stock one is flimsy and not really suited for that type of driving. Ford made that item to work smooth and noise / vibration free. NOT TUFF AND RACE READY but great for a nice everyday drivers car that most people don't do stuff like flat shifting.

Go to the American Muscle site and watch the video and read why you need to get one of these and most of your transmission problems will disappear. It sure won't fix your riding or slipping the clutch and burning it up problems.
