Best way to remove plasti dip?

I read on other forums WD-40 will soften it up then just peel it off? Will this work because it is so caked on there it won't just peel.

I thought the trick was just spraying on 4-5 coats so it would peel off easy

Supposedly, if it's being stubborn, you can spray on a fresh coat and use that to peel off the old. I've never used the stuff so I can't speak from experience.

If that doesn't work, possibly a pressure washer?

The more layers the easier it is to peel off. If its lightly shaded it will be a b!tch to get off. You don't need WD-40 unless you like to huff that ***** lol, a simple dry towel and finger nails to pinch and pull away. P.s have somethin to dump the waste in , you don't want to see little pieces of black plasti scattered around in your drive way very annoying

That is the biggest advertising lie I've ever read. That **** did not peel at all and there was more than 5 coats on it. I did end up getting it off but I know I'm never putting it back on

Rear valance, I mean you can't really **** up plasti dip. Tape off the area, spray it and peel the tape lol. Just doesn't come off easy because I did over 5 coats. Oh we'll it's off now. If everyone had such an easy time I wouldn't of found so many threads on other forums of ways to get it off.

You probably had light coats. I have had it do **** like that to me before, but the next time i used it i sprayed more coats and thicker coats and when i peeled it off it came right off with no hassle.
