I think they are confusing the California Special package with the California Emissions Package. It doesn't change the hp, just makes it legal in California... Some how.

Even then I don't think it's any slower with the CEP. Maybe it is who knows?

yessssss, I broke mine off and love the look 1003838393 times better imo.

I know this thread is old but if you have yet to get an exhaust you should 100% go with roush. I bought a 14 rs1 and the exhaust is AMAZING
