Red Mustangs on Vacation

Home from a week in Gatlinburgh I was amazed at all the Mustangs on the road. One thing though, I would say 80 percent were red. I love red, just a bit surprised I thought black was the most popular

I like to think the red brightens up an otherwise dreary world. Next time your walking through a parking lot, take notice of all the cars colors. Lot of blue, black, grey and silver. Them BAM!... Red Candy

Don't mean to hijack your post "Martymustang62". But took my Ruby Red 2014 GT (M82, Premium) on a 10 day 6,000 mile road trip last month (Phoenix to NW Ohio). Saw lots of Red, Blue, Green, Black, & Gray / Silver Ponies along the way.
The car was awesome. 23 mpg average (with a little playing thrown in). Never tired of the sound of my GT500 ab's, or rowing the MGW shifter. Hated to drive my baby in the rain but it performed flawlessly. You guys that want to take them out on the weekends, I get that. But this car was made to be driven and is comfortable on a trip as anything I've ever owned. This is my daily driver except when we take my wife's 2013 GT out on a date. Yeah it's also equipped with an MGW & GT500 ab's.

Does 1k in two days count? And daily driving a pre production boss 302? Also put a couple hundred on it today delivering some parts Carroll Shelby said it best

These cars are meant to be driven

Loved the comment on everyday driving. I knew a guy who had a 10 year old Alpine BMW that had 5000 miles on it. He took it to the dealer and he told him you might as well drive it... Even though it was in excellent condition, the low mileage did not improve the sale value though. it was only then that he started enjoying the car.

It's like waiting til everyone eats their ice cream before you enjoy yours.

Until I get a salary that allows 5 cars, I will be enjoying my mustang every day. Lol
