Burning Oil

well, my 02 GT seems to be burning oil. after a stop light I'll go to take off and see big puffs of blue smoke come out the exhaust. also put a borla catback on and the 4" polished tips are covered with a dark color.

It's not good when your car is "smoking like a pregnant hooker in a bingo parlor".
Here in California, they won't pass emissions if there is any smoke coming from the tailpipe.
My recommendation is to start pulling the spark plugs and find out which cylinder or cylinders are the problem and go from there...

okay. I just found out also that I have 21.5 fuel injectors. it's running rich might just need a tune.

Well is it using an abnormal amount of oil?
I believe your car came with 21 lb injectors from the factory. Pink right?
They should not be causing smoke like you described...

I really haven't seen a change at all. yeah, the later half of the year, Ford changed from 19lb to 21.5 and they are pink. I've read that it could just need a tune for the bigger injectors.

They didn't change the tune when they went to the bigger injectors, so yes, your car probably runs a little rich at wide open throttle and could benefit, performance wise, from a tune.

I HIGHLY doubt that is the source of the blue smoke that you are seeing though, my friend...

Pull the plugs and look for any evidence of oil fouling.

And start checking your oil EVERY TIME that you fill up with gas...
