Mine's my DD and a manual. 10 miles round trip thankfully.

It's kind of interesting that most everybody has a manual.

I'd say for the new 5.0s its closer to 50/50 for auto vs manual. The new 6 SPD autos are super nice. Fact is ppl like to shift their sports cars but a properly setup auto is actually faster in a straight line all other things being equal. All the fastest drag cars are autos, all the fastest corner carvers will be sticks.

I do actually but I live in a desert so it dries up really quick. Today had a severe storm warning so I went out to slide it around 1 hour later the ground was dry lmao

Yep, l love the manual. Scotty, you are missing out for a DD. My legs are huge, when I wear my kilt, women chase me down.

1) I'd call it my DD because it was my car in high school, but now that I'm in college it moves once very couple weeks.
2) I wouldn't have bought it if it was a manual. When I was looking I had 2 criteria, the car had to have a V8 and had to have 3 pedals.

1 - It's essentially my daily driver, with the exception of days where I take my motorcycle. Seeing as I don't ride in winter, naturally the mustang assumes daily driver duties ( don't worry, there's no snow in Victoria. Just tons of rain).

2 - manual

Wha?

Lol I DD'd Mustangs with manual transmissions the entire 2000s decade. I like being able to drive in to work in the morning sometimes with a coffee in the cupholder and a bagel without worrying about doing the 1 handed shifter shuffle with the food/drink or making a mess in my Stang's super nice interior. But some days I skip the breakfast and blast to work in the Stang still. Well, now that my trans is finally going to give up the ghost it'll get shut down soon anyway till I get back from Germany in March.

Why you did you have to replace your motor? Did ford cover it under warranty? And did it have a tune before it needed to be replaced?

1. My Bullitt GT is my daily driver, although i usually walk if my destination is close enough.

2. My Bullitt didn't have an option for an auto. 5 speed here.
