They are all pretty much the same but which one is at 17 a/f ratio? That's not good. I'm pretty sure that 12 is the sweet spot but I'm not 100% on that. But I do know 17 is very lean.

BTW how much did you end up paying for it? I found a guy yesterday will do $25/pull

The one with 17 had to be redone. Something fell off on test that's why there was a test three for the MPT. Lol Charged me 45 dollars total.

My MPT tune was lean though. 12.5 parts to 1. So all the tunes were basically equal on the graph.

are you gonna keep using the MPT TUNES since it is running lean? Or youll make some adjustments? If it was running lean dis u get any check engine lights? Before the dyno..

I wasn't getting any check engine lights. I did email MPT yesterday and asked for a revised tune making the air fuel ratio 12 parts to 1. On the dyno my air fuel ratio on the MPT tune was 12.5 parts to 1. That's a bit lean. Steeda and Bama had the air fuel ratio spot on 12 parts to 1. The dyno operator advised because the MPT tune was 12.5 parts to 1 that is how it was creating more HP compared to a tune with 12 parts to 1. I have no idea if I'm able to change the air fuel ratio myself on the tuner in the adjustments portion.

Will do bro. I'm sure MPT will just go back into the tune. Change the setting to 12 parts to 1 and email them back. It takes less than 2 minutes I'm told. Lol

that came to a conclusion that all the tunes have the same outcome.MPT just have a little advantage cos air fuel ratio but its not good for your engine. Good luck bro..

Yes sir. That's what the dyno operator who does custom dyno tunes was saying. He said there all good numbers for the car and just have MPT bring that air fuel ratio down and all is good. I even asked him if a custom dyno tune could be beneficial to my vehicle by giving me more HP and torque than my current three tunes. The answer was not really. You can only get so much HP from an engine and its mods and not much to improve on. Nothing that would be worth getting a custom dyno tune.

That is a great test that you did ... we appreciate the feedback.

To your point ... with a data log session ... we could get more out of your tune. We write them to be safe & powerful ... we can add a little bit more HP but after that, you are starting to decrease the safety of the tune.

To the avg. consumer that wants a safer tune vs. a tune with more HP ... we have found the Steeda tune to fit their needs.

We have had 0 issues to date in regards to engine warranty claims ... If you want the extra HP, like others may provide, you have to be prepared to reduce the safety of that tune.

Best Regards,

TJ
