Cleaning engine

Trying to seafoam my car but wasn't sure whats the real difference between the vacuum line and booster hose I put some in the vacuum line an the rpms rose is that normal I thought its suppose to kill your car not keep it alive

let me know how it works out. I was interested in doing it until I saw a lot of seafoam problems on youtube
