Big Weekend for my car!

Well this weekend is going to be a big one.
First Im getting 3.73 gears put in and I just dropped off the car.
Since ford doesn't have a 3.73 tune I got an MPT performance tune!
I also asked them to install my Aluminum driveshaft!

Then on Sat my local club is having a Dyno day!

Hopefully all goes well and I will have some videos for you guys!

Wow a big weekend indeed! You're going to love the 3.73 gears and aluminum driveshaft. The acceleration won't even be comparable to before. Not to mention there's going to be a smile stuck on your face...

Enjoy the new mods and let me know how they feel!

Quick question: does the aluminum driveshaft have less power loss from the crank to the wheel, since it's one piece?

Being a one-piece driveshaft helps mostly with strength, than it does for powertrain loss. However, it will have less power loss from the crank to the wheels because it's physically lighter. The factory driveshaft weights in at 29lbs, while the DSS aluminum one-piece driveshafts weight only 20lbs.

Hope any of this info helps you out!
