What cam should I go with?

Currently have a 06 gt with a shaker system and a bbk cold air intake, pypes violators exhaust and a h pipe with no cats. I was interested in getting a cam but I haven't gathered which would be the cheapest and still be good? And also how much to get them installed?

If you live in Brick NJ it might be you. If it is, stop doing 50 through the neighborhood roads at 2 AM!
