Heart Transplant?

Bassicly what all goes into a motor swap.... I know I will need...

Motor
Tranny
Wiring harness
Ecu
And what else... I understand each one is diffrent.. But will mine i want to go all out.. I've got a 1990 2.3.. And I want to swap in a mod 4.6 or 5.4.. No I'm not putting a coyote in... Any insight or anything on the subject can only help.. More part i will need? What I will need to upgrade.. Ect... Here's the beauty..

Suspension, k member, rear end, gauges, drive shaft, probably have to fabricate the trans tunnel for the bigger trans... Would be a fun project
