I call the police on ppl like that. Look up your state's noise pollution laws if its a constant thing with some hoodlum driving through your neighborhood.

Or just show up at their house after dark and take a flathead to the tweeters. In and out in 15 seconds and they'll never know who it was.

So far I've only seen/heard that craziness in Atlanta. My neighborhood is almost too suburban for my Borla S-Type. Yup gotta slow roll down into my Cul de sac

Cats and a straight through muffler so as not to be a dick in the neighborhood especially when you sometimes work night shift or leave at 5AM.

A guy I used to work with had a 383 built for his 69 Chevy Longbed and put straight pipes on it and had to totally redo the exhaust when his neighbors complained. It was military housing so it was pretty instant but with the way noise pollution laws are... if you have someone who knows a cop or just knows the system you can get smacked with a fine.
