Dbag trophy of the day

So there I was, Mustang immaculate after a wash. I pull up to next to an SS Camaro at a red light driven by an absolutely gorgeous girl. Anticipating some "spirited" driving, I reach down to turn off my traction control. Only, instead of hitting the traction control button, I pop my trunk. My trunk comes barreling open, the hot girl in the Camaro busts up laughing and take an immediate right and tuck my tail in shame. Not gonna be a good day!

Hahaha, well look at it this way it could have been worse!

I had a guy roll up to me talking some nonsense at a red light over the weekend (right after a wash too of course) in his honda civic with a big ol' fart cannon and purple windows. He didn't realize he was still moving and I kept him occupied long enough for him to rear end the car in front of him.

Ha this has almost happened to me while driving trying to turn it off. Does anyone know if the trunk will open if you do this on accident, going say...25-30 mph?

Good thing you didn't have anyone in your trunk. That would have been bad.

I was about to say mine won't open while I'm in gear.

I hit mine accidentally also but at least I was out running the back roads with no one to witness (except my wife in the passenger seat) in my defense it was my second time driving the car.

I hate when I accidentally press it when I'm trying to lock my car.

But your incident brings the lolz. Sorry bro, she probably went home and told all of her bffs that a guy tried to impress me, so he opened his trunk.

Lolololol.

Maybe you were subconsciously telling her to pop her trunk(:
