Awww. That sucks!
Hard to believe that slow of an impact set off the bags. I'd look for some replacement parts at a wrecking yard.
Your car will be alright to drive in the meantime...

You will probably have to take the car to the dealer to replace the air bag(s).

Every junkyard in 25 miles , didn't even have 1 mustang and there's about 19 yards , one yard had a headlight bc I broke mount on passenger one an they want 130 for just a used passenger I was like I can get it new for 130 for a set and oh she drives great just the smell of the airbag and looking at the steering wheel is the problem found a guy parting an 2001 with same interior , might try to get his air bags if it's a good deal

You have to get the module reset so the new airbags will work again. The module is just below the cd player behind the dash. It looks like a car computer. Ebay sells used air bags and bumpers.
