99-04 red halo headlights

Has anyone seen these or know if they can be made or even exist and if so what's the price range

I've seen them before. There was actually a guy on here a while back that did his own custom halo lights, they were pretty awesome... But also pretty expensive. Other than that the only halos i've seen are the Raxiom ones, but those look like BMW lights.

Custom lighting is always an option (such as Oracle's halo kits), but as far as "red" halo accented headlights being mass-produced (Raxiom's current products for example) I don't think that will ever happen.

Red and blue lights are considered emergency lights on vehicles (excluding tail lights) and is illegal in most states to have on non-emergency vehicles. I've witnessed several friends with red lighting on their cars/trucks get pulled over for the red lights.

I've recently asked police in my area they said neon lights and headlight colors are legal as long as there not flashing and I'm in a town of 800 so as long as the local popo is my friend can I buy raxiom ones and change from blue to red

Well there you go, that's something a customs shop can easily do.

No customs shops within hours of me could anyone do it? If so I would attempt I just need to know what supply's I would need
