diesel powered mustangs

hey guys,

i was talking to my girlfriend the other day and we were talking about diesel engines (she has a diesel in her Bug) and for just general discussion and as an idea thrown out there, how do you guys feel about a diesel powered mustang?

We figure you'd get better gas mileage and maybe even some more power (i may be wrong, im not incredibly familiar with diesel engines) and can still do all the mods for the most part as you can on a gas powered engine.

So just let me know what you guys think, and again, this is just a general discussion forum.

The youtube vid where it takes like almost a minute for the turbos to spool is badass. That thing launches so hard the cameras frame rate can barely keep up to it.
