Miles To Empty

After installing the Race Tune, I noticed my Miles to Empty gauge now reads around 360 mikes to empty, on a full tank. Before the tune, it was reading around 240, I'm not complaining, just seems strange.

Mine has said around 340 since I bought it. But that's great that yours jumped that much.

I think mine says like 260. Even when I drive it like a baby. I think if someone lived somewhere like texas, they could get 10 more mpg than me in WV with all the mountains.

It probably reset when you loaded the tune... I know whenever i switch my tunes, the gas mileage stuff resets.

My V6 with a stock tune will usually read anywhere between 290 and 360 miles to E upon fill-up.

Not to be a dick... But i could have sworn this was the GT section.... V6 gas mileage really doesn't apply here.

I imagine this is the case. Same happened to me when I had my alternator replaced and when my battery was dead. V6, but it should apply to the V8, too.
