Exedy or RAM for stock replacement?

It looks like I'm in need of a new clutch soon so I'd like opinions. Should I get an Exedy stage one or a RAM clutch, I just want something to replace my stock one, I have no need for something bigger like a stage 2 or 3. Just want to be able to enjoy my car when I can, so which would be better? And do I need a ford TOB?

I like my Exedy stage one. Feels like stock and grips better. Definitely got with the Ford Racing TOB
