AM can tell you for sure. I think mill eliminators will get the computer part of emissions to pass. If you turn the back O2s off with your tuner the emissions computer will notice it has been electronically bypassed.
The factory cats send out a certain frequency. The shorty cats flow too fast and the computer sends a code error. Its hard for me to explain this. I saw the test on a Snap On Diagnostics machine. The test determines if the cats or O2s are bad. Mill eliminators will fool the computer into thinking the proper signal is received.
I do not think you will pass the smog tester if you live in California
. The shorty cats work every where but Cali. They say they work in Nevada but I do not personally know.
