2013 v6 codes P2254 and P2240 - Mustang Evolution

2013 v6 codes P2254 and P2240

Hey guys, just need some help under standing what these codes mean, if theres anything I should worry about, and what I can do to get rid of the codes. I know that the P2254 means O2 Sensor Negative Current Control Circuit/Open Bank 2 Sensor 1 and the P2240 means O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit/Open, the thing is Im not really sure what exactly all that means

My mods are;
-Airaid cai
-Full exhaust, bbk long tubes, bbk off road x pipe, and pypes cat back
-One piece driveshaft
-3.73s
-Lowered 1.5' in
-93 race tune by bama

Google is your best way to learn about these codes:

P2254: problem dtc p2251 & p2254 codes - SVTPerformance

(mentions the long tube headers as the problem. You may need an updated tune)

^ This is correct. There's a chance that you could either need a tune update for the Long Tube's and O/R X-Pipe or It could also be a defective O2 sensor. Let's go with the free option first and see how your tune looks! Give the Bama team a call and they'll look into your tune and make any necessary adjustments. They can also help you troubleshoot if the tune looks perfect!
