Adjustability of UCA vs LCAs
I am looking to upgrade the upper control arm and the lower control arms of my 2011. While it is not lowered today, that is likely in my future so want to buy accordingly. I know that adjustable control arms are used to keep the drive shaft pinion angle in-spec after lowering to avoid all sorts of nasty problems.
So my question is this: do I need my new lower control arms to be adjustable as well as the upper or do I only need the upper to be adjustable? I was originally under the opinion that an adjustable upper was all you need but I'm not certain. I don't want to spend twice the price for adjustable lowers if it is completely not needed.
