Long tubes and catted x need a tune or can you run without?

I got LT's and a catted x on my car. I have a tuner and tune in the car from before the new mods. Do I need to revise my tune or ? I know revising it will prob give it a few more hp but is it necesary? Drove about 50 miles and no codes. I have all the sensors hooked up. Sometimes it stumbles at idle but never dies. Thanks ahead of time for any info.

Im doing a procharger in a few weeks so I dont really want to go through the hassle of getting a new tune etc. because I will have to dyno it once the blower goes on.

I would say just plug your tuner up and use that and when the blower goes on have them tune it! That'd be ideal. If it's running fine I wouldn't waste time/money until you get the blower

Thanks. Ya thats what I was thinking. Other than the stumble idle every once in a while it seems to be running fine. Ill put another 100 miles on it and see if I throw a code.

It will help, can you run it without it? Yes, especially with the catted pipe. If no codes are thrown then you should be fine. Don't beat on it either

I ran my v6 for about 2 months before I got it tuned for the long tubes and catted Xpipe
