Pypes vs BBK

I have a 2010 GT with a cai, tune and flowmaster mufflers. In the next month or so I want to install longtube headers and x pipe and can't decide between pypes or bbk. I've tried researching but have found mixed reviews for both. I know bbk is a little more expensive which I don't mind if they are worth it. Any advice?

Are there other options like kooks, stainless works or Mac?
Those will always have better quality and fitment over pypes/BBK.

But if I had to choose I'd say BBK only cuz my pypes mid pipe rubs my frame because of lazy/stupid designing

+1 Kooks. If you need to pass inspection you need the high flow cats. Although it may throw a service code if the tune does not take care of it. :/

Pypes is the bottom of the barrel as far as quality control, design and workmanship. BBK and MAC are the first "decent" units. If you get the stock ceramic coatings that come with either its not a very good one so be warned about that or at least it wasn't when I bought sets of them in the mid 2000s.

If you want a set that is guarandamnteed to fit properly and give you zero problems get the Kooks. SLP made a badass set too but they are now discontinued. Might be able to still find them somewhere though.
