Drafty - cold weather drivers only

I don't know if it's because I have a manual, (2014) but I can feel a cold air draft in the center console area. Is this typical, as my previous daily driver ('03 Sebring 5 spd) had the same thing going on. Does the cold air just seep up through the manuals?
