2005 4.0 mustang idle problem

I am having issues with my mustang. When driving in any gear, then putting it to neutral, the cars rpm stays at 1500. First It quickly drops to the normal 750 then rises to 1500 without stepping on the throttle. I think this started happening when I cleaned my K&N CAI with K&N cleaner. I cleaned the throttle body with the throttle body cleaner. I also cleaned the MAC sensor with MAF cleaner. I also just replaced the TPS, but still the same thing. I don't know what it could be. Please help.
