I took out my rear seats and found a paint brush, spark plugs, spiderman comic, and some makeup. The makeup still tasted great lol

Just a lot of dirt. The interior of my car was terribly detailed (if they even tried) by the dealer. I bought it new, mind you. There was some sort of adhesive all over the steering wheel, shoe scuff marks on the door, and dirt all over the floor mats. I didn't care though...too excited. Lol

I found a baby rattle in by the spare, found a ticket to a "Blues Clues on Ice" event. And a couple screw drivers under the rear seats. Kinda weird, seeing as the car came from a dude in his late teens very early 20's.

You would have been in deep sh*t man. I'm a criminal justice major and have been on ride alongs with cops for my classes where we've arrested drivers for drugs in the car. The first thing they alllllllll say is "well I just bought this car like last week. The drugs were already in here." Yeah....right. Hahaha

Found an insurance card that belonged to the original owner. I contacted him. We became good friends. He bought the 2011 Mustang against his wifes wishings, put 1200 miles on it, then sold it because he had two young children, still having to use child seats, and his wife complained about having to crawl in and out of the back seat of the Mustang to strap them in. He traded the Mustang for an Explorer.

My son used to tag along with me to junk yards. He was 10 at that time, and I taught him how to check the back seats for money. He's find 2 to 3 bucks worth of change. On one visit, he found the tip of a finger under the front passanger seat; car was really smashed up.
He stopped looking for change after that!

Kinda a cool story.
In my S14 that I bought about 9 months ago, I found a old clover shaped dog tag on a key ring with the name "Maynard" inscribed on it along with an out of area phone number inscribed on the backside. I believe it was Montague, MI. I had it on my desk for about 2 months and one day, just for the heck of it, I decided to call the number. To my surprise, I woman answered the phone, I told her about my finding and I could hear her choke up over the phone. I asked her if she was alright? She said, "Maynard" was her Chocolate Labrador Retriever who passed away when she was a teenager. And the S14 (Nissan 240sx) had also belonged to her but was stolen from her work almost a year ago. She said her insurance had already claimed the car as a total loss before it was recovered in Arizona. But she never got to recover any of her personal effects like the clover shaped Dog tag that she had hanging in the rear view mirror, so she could always remember her beloved Maynard.

I was kinda aww'd. I told her if she'd give me her address, I'd gladly mail it to her. So I did.

I'm not a man. I'm a dude! 8)

Lol, yeah, I felt like I got kicked in the chest and couldn't breathe again until she mentioned that it had been recovered. She said that it was dumped near the boarder in AZ.
