Which track? Drag strip or road course?

You need to give us a lot more information than that.

Is your car a manual or automatic transmission?
What aspect of performance do you need help in?
Traction?
Acceleration?
Shifting?
Does your car feel too heavy and you want to make it lighter?

You really need to give us more information if you want any form of help.

To fix the wheel hop you are going to need rear lower control arms, as well as stickier tires. And as for the launching. With street tires, around 3k I would say while slipping the clutch. You don't want to rev and drop the clutch on street tires, you will go nowhere quick. Some stiffer springs as well.

From what I've been researching, it's prolly best to stiffen the chassis before getting into suspension

Thats for 04 and down. The 05+ have a decent chassis to begin with.
