Blacked out is played out

I sold my Black 99 Mustang v6 for a Blue 2000 Mustang GT
and was kinda choked a bit since I really liked having my car
completely blacked out. Looks great imo
However EVERYONE does it. starting to just be a played out look
what's your opinion....

I dont like doing anything to my car that I see on more than a few cars. Mustangs are about personalizing and making it your own. If it looks like everyone else's car then you have failed that IMO. To many people dont know how to think for themselves so they see something they like and copy it. I dont want that.

"modified" car I see now days is blacked out. It looked so dope when you used to see them but now I find its just same as every other one.

I have to agree black on black is played. I'm from Cali and that's the thing out their even though it really means something else, most ppl who blk on blk really don't even know where that came from. It's a gangsta thing real talk and It ended up on a car theme... "Yes yes I rep that west"

Idk... a blacked out M5 or M6 is hard to beat. See them around here from time to time. Pretty sweet!

Yeah, not a fan of murdered out cars. I think that it kinda detracts from the styling. If the car is black, the rims are black, the windows are black, and the lights are black, then you don't really get to see all the details of the body.

Blacked out to me is not a black car with all black accents. Its any color car that has blacked out badges, blacked out windows, lenses, reflectors ect. Even tinted license plate covers. That blue new edge with the black accents that Kraftdinner posted.....thats blacked out IMO.

Ya you know why bro because I got money $$$!!! Not only that but I travel the world and don't just stay in one place and the last thing is I'm from California born and raised from the streets to the basketball courts. U don't stay in the good when u have money fool! And I talked about the reference to black on black which u obviously didn't pay attention too. And ur a fool for doing something to your car that u don't know why, u seen somebody with it and u decided it was something u liked because u can't tell me where black on black everything came from. That's why it's a hip hop thing recognize, if the "gangstas respect it then the lames gonna try and rep it" that's you Kraft.

I don't like blacks cars that are all blacked out either. That's why I kept the P.A. lip on my wheels and didn't tint anything. I do like the black accents on a black car but don't like the tinted heads and tails at all.

I dont think my car looks that bad does it ? I for some reason prefer dark colored cars like back than catchy bright colors like yellow red or green
Just my opinion though
Everybody has different tastes
Thats the fun in owning a mustang you can do whatever you want with them and customizing them to your pleasure

I like black rims because: chrome is heavy and flakes
