It seems like she was dropped on her head when she was a baby, which is why she is always causing trouble.

On a side note, I think the drop was probably an improvement to her appearance. Which still isn't great.

i saw right away what a ****** he/she is from the first back and forth he/she had with, cobramark? i think.

Then i saw all the "little" jabs he/she would randomly spew and i would just ignore him/her.
