Best Year to get

Looking to get another fox... What is the best year to get I just sold my 91 GT and miss it. Any tips ?

For foxes, 89-93 are best as far as technology thanks to maf. I think some 88's have it also. Other than that, personal preference on styling and if you want a carb take over. 85 started the roller cams and forged internals. 85 was carved though. FI started in 86, so just depends on what you want, personally I dig the four eye front ends.

As far as looks go, and ease of modding, I'd stick with 87-93. But if you want to try a carb setup, I'd go with an old four eyed like 85-86. Still easy to mod too

I think I'd rather stay with the 87-93 not really interested in going for an 85 or below because of the carb

I feel the same. Don't know what your price range is, but maybe look for a 93 Cobra. Or, build a clone
