Advance trac sport and sport shift modes for 11-14 Mustang GTs

For those with 11-14 GTs, how do you use advancetrac sport mode and sport shift mode. I've read all I can in manuals and web-sites, but I am interested in user reviews. Does anyone use them in conjunction, any combination produce the best power, drive or launches? Any track results? Interested in opinions. Thx!

Sport shift mode is done on the steering wheel menu. Just toggle through.
Advancetrack...hold foot on brake and quickly push the tc button twice.
For everything off....foot on brake and hold tc button for about 8 seconds.

Just starting to play with this gurl at the track and I tried many things. Best times and mph was everything on! Think its because of the limiting street tires. Most consistant runs were advancetrack on only.
Gl,
Troy

I think there was also a thread on sport mode a while back and the majority said that through tests they had better runs in D then S.

I agree that I feel better speed in D vice S...makes me wonder the point on S sport shift mode?

If you have a tune, the tuners have told me that they can't change the "S" mode at all. So you have to run "D" for the Hi-Pef tune and use "S" for lower performance....sort of in reverse.

Mine is a 2013 GT.

Click TC button once and TC is off
Click TC button twice fast and Sport mode is engaged.
Hold TC button for 5 seconds and Advance TC is off

On the street with bald tires I would spin with TC on and definitely with Advance TC off. With sport mode it would just launch with little wheel spin.

I have also got my best time at the track with Sport mode on.

There is also a sport mode for the steering feel on the screen menu but that's completely different.

Then u would want to turn it all off by holding the tc button (and brake) for about 8 secs.
