Almost that time

It is tax season everyone and almost time to start getting those tax returns. Is anyone else going to be spending some of their tax money on parts for there ride? If so what are you looking to get? I am looking at some new gears and a CAI. Can't wait to get some new parts on the ride, and the weather can't warm up fast enough.

I plan on using it to install some suspension components, and towards an alignment. That is if my former employer would send me my friggin W2 already.

I'm in the same boat as Soccerluvr4... Didn't get taxes taken out of last job. My 'tax return' has already been spent.

-Transmssion
-IRS out of a Termi
-FTBR kit for said IRS
-Maybe a T1 wing, not decided yet

Biggest issue right now is trying to decide if I should get the 20k mile T-56 for sale 2 hours north of here for $1500 or just get a brand new rebuilt 3650 with warranty for $1100 shipped to the door. In either event I probably have to spend another $200-$300 to get the new trans into the car.

Well, if I don't spend it on going home to visit friends in England for a few weeks, my return (and $500 of my brother's, he owes me money), will go to Leather seats, dual exhaust, GT/CS rear bumper, and either wheels or a proper lowering job (springs, struts, panhard bar, etc).

I will be selling my daily driver ( 2001 jeep Cherokee) combine that with my taxes and I plan on getting a roush Supercharger. Once installed i will be selling my boss mani, bbk throttle, can and Diablo in tune tuner and spend it all on suspension upgrades. I've been planning this since last year and I can't wait till spring!! I will worry about another daily driver in the fall.

No idea what I will do with my return..

The Z28 could finally get a Moser 12 bolt with a 3.42 gear and the T56 could be taken to RPM transmissions for a rebuild / beefing up. Then I could run slicks and should be able to break into the 10's at 130+.

Or..

The Talon could have all the little stuff fixed, dents and dings, repainted, new stereo and speakers and maybe an HX35 or something.

The Mustang gets no love until all of the transmission issues get sorted out, or I trade it in/sell it. Which might be this spring..

Or ...

I could just swap in a Tremec with a spec clutch and higher rear gear into my 3.7 and call it good. As I like everything else about the car...

Or ...

While I have the tranny out, I could pull the engine as well and swap in my LS1/T56 ...

Decisions, decisions..

T56... why would the 3650 even be a possibility.
