Need some opinions and advice.

Exclude body parts. With all this stuff I'm planning on ordering, will I see any good gains after getting a good custom tune? Also will the throttle body be a good addition or a waste of money? I've heard a lot of good and bad about this particular platform. So any advice would be great.

You will definitely get some gains, but it won't be anything huge. What are you looking to increase? As far as the throttle body goes I have heard they are hit or miss, but again its not going to give you any big gains.

You should notice a nice. difference in throttle response once you get the parts installed and and tune on there. The tune Imo is going to help you out the most.

looks like that h pipe is for a long tube header ..... headers would help out the throttle body....

Maybe 50-60 hp. Your starting with an engine that has 145 bhp. Don't expect too much but you can do some work on the outside and make it a nice little daily driver.
