2013/2014 GT Price

Hello everyone,

New to the forum (but I've been creeping for a week or two now). I'm looking to buy a 2013 or 2014 Mustang GT in the next few weeks and would love some opinions on prices. I'd strongly prefer the Track Pack and cloth Recaros, but my only must-have options are the Brembo brakes.

A dealer nearby (with great reviews) is offering 37k MSRP Mustang GT Premiums for $32k after 4k of rebates and I think I could possibly even talk them down to $30k. Does that sound like a good deal?

I'm worried about the immediate depreciation of a new car, so I may just try to find a used 2013 GT and wait until I can talk a dealer down $2-4k off of what they're offering.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!!

-Will

I will never buy another new car. You can pick up a clean *** low mile (under 10k) tastefully modded 13 or 14 for $26K. I know where one is right now for that price and it is a steal of a car.

+1 there are some great slightly used 2013 GTs around my area for anywhere from 25 to 27k depending on options. Even seen a couple for 23k.However for a prem 2014 GT, I'd see if you can get to 29k.

You'd be able to get the best deal on a '13 considering they just got a year older. If there's any left after the '15s hit the lot, that would be even better. I wouldn't be surprised if you could get a '13 for around 26-27 at that point. I got special pricing plus rebates on my '14 GT base with the tech package and I think I paid 28k this last December.

I've been looking on autotrader and at local dealerships buy I haven't found any '13 gts priced where you guys have been saying. Is there a better place to look that I'm missing?

Here's a '13 GT with leather, doesn't look like it has Brembos, 51 miles, 6spd, for just shy of 28k.

I paid 28 for my 13 with 15k miles but they also paid my truck off that I owed more than it booked for so I actually got it for 25. It does not have leather and if it did, I would not have bought it, I hate leather. Why are the brembos such a big deal to you?

Invoice is found at KBB, Edmunds or some similar sites (google) if you are good you should be able to get a car for it. If the dealer is hungry even less.

Yes, $4500 off msrp is a fair price. Almost exactly what I paid 3 months ago. Best bet is to deal with the internet sales department for the best price. Try edmonds.com and find a vehicle you like then request a quote from that dealer. The internet sales team will contact you and it will be their best price.
Troy
Btw, sounds same as my car...gt trackpac with cloth recaros.

2013/2014 GT Price

Bought my '13 GT Premium for $32,500. It has brembos, comfort package and back up assist. List price was $39,750 or very close to $40k. Got 1.74% financing too.

2013/2014 GT Price

My 2013 GT Premium was 42K sticker, we bought it for 36.6K. They ripped us off on APR, we should have gotten 1.9% but they slipped in a 3.9% APR.

It has red candy paint, automatic transmission, Recaro's, reverse sensing and security package, and electronic package.

There's a lot of 2013's still floating around at dealerships. I would try and snag one of those for thousands less than a 2014. Shop around and you'll find what you want! It just may take a little traveling.

Good luck!

You can get a great deal right now on the 2013 or 2014's but when the 2015 Mustang hits the dealers the 2013 and 2014's are gonna drop like a rock.
