OEM Intake

Hi guys,

I need to find this item but for an Automatic.

look at americanmuscle.com. also owner.ford.com should fit any 3.7 v6 the intake air tube is not dependent upon what trans it has

I think the autos have 2 holes in the inlet tube & manuals have only 1! When I put on a JLT CAI I had to drill a hole for the other inlet on my old auto 3.7!

I found a spare one on E-Bay I picked up last fall. If you don't want to wait until one shows up, you can get a brand new one here. Make sure you pick the part number for the automatic. They are both labeled 8 in the diagram.

Great! Just curious why you were looking for one in the first place. I got mine so I could eliminate the silencer box without playing around with my original one.

I added a sound tube to the original one so I wanted to have an extra one just i. Case i needed to take my car for warranty work.
