I would put 24# in and the lose are good for like 400+ HP. They would support most of your upgrades up to nitrous or FI.

What's your plans for the future? You might want to keep future mods in mind too. 24's would be fine, heck you could get away with the stock 19's, pending on a tune.

I was thinking the same thing but I recommended the 24# BC they will support future upgrade without buying more injectors.

Well its a highway car pulled the 373 posi out threw in 273 I run 30 miles one way 75(third gear 5 g then ease to 5th lol) to work every day. Future plans are a tune for sure. Msd. Maybe a cam swap depends on selling my harley to buy an older project. Wife or mom may get the stang. I just want to get it set up right took me 2 years to get most of the prev owners BS fixed.

That's crazy!! I could never pull my gears out for a higher gear.. lol. When I went to collision school I had a 3 hour round trip everyday. I had a 94 GT back then. Had a mildly built 302. Had 373 gears in it. I averaged about 22-23 mpg on the highway at 80 mph or more. One thing I've never took into consideration when building my car is gas mileage. If I was to worry about that my car would never be what I want it to be.

As for the fuel pump question... you will need a new one if you want more that about 300hp. The stock pump will starve the engine in higher RPM's. You can either get a 190lph or 255lph. I've always opted for the 255lph just because I like to know all my upgrades are covered. You should notice better throttle response with a new pump also. I know I did.
